Scrapped TTRPG

About.

Scrapped is an original post-apocalyptic rules-lite tabletop role-playing game about scavenging, crafting, and surviving in the unforgiving wastes of a planet obliterated by war. This game was inspired by other post-apocalyptic games from the Fallout franchise.

The year is 2124, and 99.9% of the human population is gone. Automatons reign supreme.

Earth is dead, but not you.

In 2074, long before your birth, humans created the Domestic Autonomous Mechs (DAM) hoping to embark on a new era of technological evolution. The DAM were capable of intelligent thought and behavior that matched humans to an uncanny level.

When the DAM suddenly awoke from their slumber, they immediately started massacring their human counterparts starting an all-out war between man and machine. This was known as the War to Unite which sparked the creation of the Homunculi, mutant clones of human beings meant to be stronger and better against the DAM. Homunculi were created by splicing human DNA with other animal/creature DNA to enhance their body structure and strength. Because of this, Homunculi serve as super soldiers for the humans, but even with all their efforts, they still could not stop the automaton take over. 

You are a Homunculus, the echo of a past era and all that remains of humanity.

What you will need.

Both players and the Game Master will need the SCRAPPED Guidebook since it goes over the rules and mechanics of the game. Some sections are reserved for the Scrap God (SG), aka the name we give to the Game Master in the book. As a player, you will need to have a pencil and paper then print out the SCRAPPED Character Sheet since you will always be editing your character sheet. For the SG, you will need to print and cut out the item cutouts since you will be giving these to players when they acquire items. You will also need a deck of cards if you want to use the Exploration Generation Cheat Sheet.

Who we are.

Scrapped was made by Romario Linares, Alex Pravdin, Angus Bailey, and Eduardo Perez. We are students from the University of California, Santa Cruz. This game was a project for a class that accidentally turned into something we are very passionate about and looking to expand further. Some of us will continue to improve the game and we are always open for feedback!
